Shipping Policy

Processing time: Paid online orders (Buy Now / Sample) are confirmed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Custom and OEM orders follow the lead time stated in the contract.

Carriers: Samples and small batches ship via international express (DHL / FedEx / UPS, chosen per destination). Bulk orders can be arranged by sea or air freight under FOB / CIF / DDP terms as negotiated.

Shipping fees: Listed prices exclude shipping. A flat international shipping fee is charged at checkout; orders above the free-shipping threshold ship free. Freight for bulk/quote orders is itemized in the quotation.

Delivery time: International express typically takes 5-10 business days depending on customs clearance; sea freight typically 25-45 days.

Duties and taxes: Unless DDP terms are agreed, import duties, VAT and other destination charges are borne by the recipient. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.

Inspection on delivery: Please inspect the packaging and quantity upon receipt. In case of damage or shortage, keep photo evidence and contact us within 48 hours.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipment is dispatched.
