Return & Refund Policy

14-day returns: Sample and in-stock orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are uninstalled, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is borne by the buyer (except for quality issues).

Warranty: Products are covered by a 24-month warranty under normal use — free repair or replacement in the first year, spare-part cost only in the second year. Shipping costs caused by quality issues within the warranty period are on us.

Custom & OEM: Customized products (including OEM/ODM and bulk project orders) are not eligible for no-reason returns; quality issues are handled per contract.

Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method (card via Stripe, or PayPal). Actual arrival time depends on the payment provider.

RMA process: Please contact us via the contact page or your order email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization and the return address before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Non-returnable: Human damage, unauthorized disassembly or repair, items past the return window, and used consumables (batteries, IC cards, etc.).
